Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you and your little one to be completely delighted with your purchase. If the fit or print isn't quite right, we offer an easy exchange and store credit policy.

1. Exchange Window

Please raise your exchange or return request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible, garments must be unused, unwashed, free of perfume/stains, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91 88262 85474 or email [email protected] with your Order ID, item details, and desired exchange size or reason.
• Step 2: Once your request is authorized, courier the parcel to our Jaipur studio:
  Peaches & Plums, B-65, Bhagirath Marg, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur - 302019, Rajasthan.
• Step 3: After inspection, we will issue a store credit note (valid for 30 days) or dispatch your replacement size.

3. Exceptions

Exchanges or returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

• Customized or personalized nightsuits (e.g. embroidered names).
• Requests initiated more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
• Items purchased during clearance or end-of-season flash sales.
• Worn, laundered, or tagless garments.
