Peaches & Plums ships throughout India using reputable air courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Quick Dispatch: Over 90% of our sleepwear orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Transit Duration: Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive deliveries within 2 to 4 business days. Other regions take 4 to 6 business days.
- Personalized Orders: Custom name-monogrammed pieces require special hand embroidery and dispatch within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹100 applies to standard orders.
- Orders above ₹4,000 qualify for Free Express Shipping across India.
4. Tracking & Delivery Attempts
Once your parcel leaves our studio, you will receive automated SMS and email notifications with your tracking URL. Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
